I believe education is a vital foundation that builds critical thinking skills which allows our students to function as literate and productive citizens of the world. Therefore, it is my goal to guide students toward literacy using the many different strategies that are required to individualize instruction for each child.

My teaching style reflects my belief that all students can learn. I integrate activities that rely upon differentiating instruction for the individual needs of the students, as well as, hands on activities to develop critical thinking skills. I vary my instruction to incorporate various activities that Will engage and peak the interest of all students in order to allow them to reach their full potential My acknowledgment and implementation of the many different earning styles allows me to develop a positive relationship with my students, as well as, a positive classroom community.
